About Course

Tort law is one of the seven foundation modules required for a qualifying law degree in England and Wales and is a core requirement of the University of London LLB. This module introduces students to various sectors of liability in tort, with primary emphasis on the tort of negligence.
The students of the UOL generally gets the opportunity to sit for the examination twice (May & October) in an academic year. The question of this module is divided in two parts, where a compulsory Part A is short question based. On the other hand students in Part B is required to answer 3 out of 7 question. Where they can get both the problem and essay questions. The students will be evaluated with 100 marks question which will be completely written based examination.
