Administrative law is a rapidly expanding field of English law. Its core purpose is to ensure that any decisions or actions taken by government are lawful and, when they are not, to provide redress for grievances. This module will appeal to students who enjoy public law and have an interest in public affairs and human rights.
The students of the UOL generally gets the opportunity to sit for the examination twice (May & October) in an academic year. The question of this module come with a single part where students need to answer 3 question out 7. Where they can get both the problem and essay questions. The students will be evaluated with 100 marks question which will be completely written based examination. Each Question would carry 33 marks.
